ELCAS Scheme

We have been approved to provide our courses to the Ministry of Defence as part of their Enhanced Learning Credits Scheme.

The MOD's Enhanced Learning Credits Scheme (ELC) promotes lifelong learning amongst members of the Armed Forces. The scheme provides financial support in each of a maximum of three separate financial years for higher level learning of a nationally recognised qualification at Level 3 or above.

The courses we provide may enhance you career opportunities both within or outside of the Armed Forces.

Our courses specifically relate to Material Handling Equipment and First Aid. They are designed to support professional drivers in their journey into the world of work, or change of career, and to equip them with the skills, knowledge, and behaviours that will enable them to stay safe, keep others safe and understand the risks associated with the vehicle types they are allowed to operate.

The units cover a diverse range of activities relating to the health and safety practices at work as well as the laws that would apply to someone in this work environment.

All qualifications are eligible for 8 UCAS points.
