These qualifications are designed to support professional drivers in their journey into the world of work, or change of career, and to equip them with the skills, knowledge, and behaviours that will enable them to stay safe, keep others safe and understand the risks associated with the vehicle types they are allowed to operate. 

The units cover a diverse range of activities relating to the health and safety practices at work as well as the laws that would apply to someone in this work environment.
 

Why Ofqual?

Ofqual is the UK Government regulatory organisation for standards in regulated qualifications. Any organisation can set up a certification programme and state that it's accredited, however, Ofqual Accreditation is strictly regulated and only available to a select few Awarding Organisations.

Why Lewes Training Centre?

TLM has designed a range of Professional Driver qualifications that are regulated under the Ofqual system, which means only those centres (training providers) who have passed that initial risk assessment are allowed to deliver these qualifications.
